Tremend is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to work out our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define, document, and align business and technical requirements with organizational objectives for the Google and Apple Pay integration.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure thorough and accurate requirement documentation
• Convert requirements into detailed project plans and actionable steps
• Coordinate with external partners, including payment gateways and service providers, to ensure technical compatibility and security
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion and adherence to requirements.

​Your Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in Serbian or Croatian
• Demonstrated experience in digital payment solutions and card payment integrations, including Google Pay and Apple Pay
• Solid understanding of payment processing systems, digital wallets, and Near Field Communication (NFC) technology
• Proficiency in developing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and technical documentation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site as necessary
• Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with teams and external partners
• Familiarity with PCI DSS standards and experience in ensuring compliance in payment projects
• Technical background in software development or systems integration, with experience in APIs, SDKs, and mobile payment platforms.
