Tremend is seeking a Product Manager with strong expertise in the Healthcare industry to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems, EU market regulations, and medical standards, ensuring compliance and efficiency in healthcare product development and implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive strategic product initiatives that align with healthcare industry needs and standards. 

Your Impact:

• Lead the product lifecycle from strategy and design to execution, launch, and continuous improvement in healthcare-related consulting projects
• Collaborate with clients, engineering, regulatory, and operations teams to define product roadmaps and business objectives
• Ensure compliance with EU healthcare regulations, security, quality, and medical standards, including GDPR, MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and ISO 27001
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation within healthcare IT systems
• Define and document product requirements, user stories, and specifications with a focus on usability and industry best practices
• Work closely with software developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and secure products
• Provide insights and guidance on healthcare information systems such as ERP, CRM, LIS, HIS, EHR, ensuring integration and interoperability
• Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare IT trends, data security, and patient care technologies
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution
• Monitor and measure product performance, user feedback, and impact, driving continuous improvement and adaptation.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Healthcare industry, preferably within a consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of EU healthcare regulations, quality assurance, security, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with healthcare IT systems, including ERP, CRM, LIS, HIS, and EHR. 
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and DICOM. 
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. 
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable product strategies. 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in product development. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven consulting environment.

• Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and BI tools
• Prior experience working with medical device software or SaaS-based healthcare products
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute)
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care processes
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in European languages.
