Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will ensure the solutions we bring to market are increasingly data-driven, while also helping to identify new business opportunities and customer growth. 

Your Impact:

  • Work with business stakeholders & functional teams fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains and act faster and make better decisions
  • Assisting our clients in determining how to measure and analyze the effectiveness of their business
  • Consult with clients to shape and define the role and success of analytics in their business
  • Design and develop reports/dashboards using various analytics and visualization tools
  • Continually optimizing existing reports/dashboards to improve performance benchmarking 
  • Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports/dashboards
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide analysis, reporting and presentations to effectively communicate on insights and KPIs
  • Identifies and resolves any data quality issue by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing
  • Using various tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
  • Coaching and supporting key users to adopt the reporting tool.
 

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with business partners, understand requirements and provide accurate findings of analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferably), Tableau or QlikView
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Great analytical skills, self-driven and an eye for detail and quality
  • Solid SQL, / Power Query M, DAX,  DWH concepts, BI Visualization
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, and strong attention to detail; can walk through approach with technical clients or explain tricky concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (eg. Jira or similar).

  • R and/or Python experience
  • Google Analytics / Mipxanel / Amplitude / Adobe Analytics
  • A/B testing
  • Data Governance experience
  • Martech experience
  • Financial reporting.
