Your Impact:
- Lead configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud components: Data Streams, Data Bundles, Identity Resolution Rules, Calculated Insights
- Integrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data into the Data Cloud
- Set up ingestion pipelines, unification rules, and segment definitions
- Define and optimize data models to support scalable audience activation
- Partner with data engineering teams to align on canonical data structures and real-time pipelines
- Support PII governance, consent flags, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Collaborate with marketers and business stakeholders to translate use cases into data-driven audience segments
- Enable audience activation across Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Advertising, and 3rd-party platforms
- Design and document dynamic segmentation logic and performance metrics
- Build automated processes for data validation and monitoring
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in the ingestion and unification flows
- Recommend enhancements for better performance and accuracy
- Participate in workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Translate business goals into Data Cloud solutions
- Present deliverables and progress to client stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 1–2 years in Data Cloud / CDP-related projects
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Genie), Marketing Cloud, and integrations
- Strong understanding of data management, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation strategies
- Experience working with APIs, JSON payloads, and real-time data processing
- Solid grasp of marketing technology stack, CRM, and digital data flows
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data compliance best practices
- Salesforce certifications: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or equivalent
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or other data warehouse platforms
- Exposure to real-time event ingestion and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- Familiarity with CDP vendors and the broader MarTech/AdTech ecosystem.
