Tremend is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Data Product.You will act as your clients trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific digital product, or products, within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles


Your Impact:

• Work directly with client stakeholders to identify and define business needs for the E2E dashboard, translating these needs into detailed product requirements
• Coordinate with ICT teams to implement system changes that support data connectors, enabling comprehensive reporting across multiple touchpoints, including paid and owned channels
• Drive the development and implementation of an integrated reporting dashboard that tracks the client journey from media, email, and social campaigns through to website interactions, leads, offers, and orders within CRM systems
• Ensure that effective data connectors are in place by defining and optimizing customer and operational flows
• Balance the responsibilities of a product manager and product owner by managing the backlog requirements and executing all product owner duties
• Conduct source analysis, recommend new harmonized values, and lead data harmonization initiatives to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Collaborate with Power BI developers to manage dependencies, optimize dashboard performance, and enhance the overall user experience

• Engage with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are signed between Publicis and clients, ensuring compliance with data processing scopes
• Lead pilot campaigns to ensure operational readiness, including the configuration of UTM parameters, submission of briefs by market teams, and updating website forms to enable accurate lead attribution

 Your Skills & Experience: 

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
• Strong background in software systems, data connectors, and experience working with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Proficient in conducting source analysis, data harmonization, and providing actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and experience working with Data Protection Officers (DPOs) on Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• Practical knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) and federation setups, particularly with Azure AD and Ping ID
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent English
