• Build state-of-the-art enterprise-ready solutions for customers all over the world, with clients from all business areas such as Banking, Telecom, & Advertising, or Manufacturing 
• Groom, develop, test, and see the value brought by your code to the end user

Your Skills & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Java (version 19+) with a strong focus on Spring/Spring Boot 
• Proficiency with SQL Server (MSSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA 
• Strong knowledge of Hazelcast and other in-memory caching solutions 
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems 
• Proficient in Kubernetes (AKS), including management tools like Lens, and containerization with Docker 
• Expertise in using GitHub/GitHub Actions for source control and pipeline automation 
• Experience in profiling and observability, with knowledge of logs, metrics, traces, and tools like OpenTelemetry or similar 
• Experience working with Cron jobs and libraries like Quartz for task scheduling 
• Deep understanding of scalable, maintainable, and performant system design 
• Proven experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures 
• In-depth knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and related web protocols 
• Experienced in designing and implementing solutions for medium to high distributed systems.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• General understanding of CMS principles, with familiarity in Broadleaf monolith and Magnolia CMS 
• Experience with Apache Solr for search and indexing functionalities 
• Familiarity with tools like Liquibase for tracking database schema changes 
• Knowledge of Redis for managing user sessions 
• Experience with templating technologies like Thymeleaf or Freemarker 
• Familiarity with Apache Camel for integration patterns and defining Camel routes 
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks and tools (Jira/Confluence).
