Tremend is looking for a BPM Developer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:

• Develop processes, workflows, user interfaces, and integration plugins for assigned functionalities using out-of-the-box functionalities provided by the Appian platform
• Understand and, if needed, challenge business requirements, functional analysis, and change tasks
• Produce clean, efficient business process rules, code, and application configurations based on specifications
• Help bring IT teams together by forging ties, engaging in dialogue, and coordinating discussions
• Work closely with product managers, programmers, architects, and other engineers
• Actively participate in code review, development shadowing, detailed design, and Agile ceremonies
• Help create test plans, design test cases, and maintain the integration regression test plan during testing of new identified cases
• Report, record, fix, escalate if needed, and trace all discovered errors or bugs
• Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the development process alongside the rest of the team
• Provide L3 support for live applications and support for production and UAT incidents as 3rd line support
• Provide necessary documentation for the application lifecycle
• Participate in application planning meetings and coordinate changes in production related to squad’s new features and bug fixes deployed
• Perform development environment maintenance.

Your Skills & Experience:

• A university degree in IT, engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as BPM Engineer, System Engineer, Technical Analyst, or System Analyst
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with the Appian or similar platform as a developer or consultant
• Previous experience in a technical consultant or programming role
• Competency in database programming, preferably on cloud platforms like MariaDB or PostgreSQL, with a basic to advanced level knowledge of SQL
• Solid experience with integrations using APIs, JMS, Kafka, and similar technologies
• Basic programming skills in languages such as VB, JavaScript, Python, or C#
• Advanced English proficiency in both writing and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with debugging and root cause analysis abilities
• Abstract thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively organize work
• Basic understanding of the IT landscape and software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Flexibility in proceedings and workflow diagram design
• Eagerness to learn and a collaborative mindset conducive to team environments.

• Prior experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Experience in the banking industry
• Familiarity with change management and defect tracking tools
• Working experience and knowledge of developing software using Agile methodologies
• Experience with other BPM tools
• Understanding of the BPMN 2 standard.
