Tremend is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Level 3 to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:
- Provide advanced technical support for our enterprise-level applications, delivering solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end issues within our Java applications, analyzing problems across the entire stack
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to messaging systems (such as Kafka, JMS, or Azure Service Bus)
- Conduct in-depth database query analysis and optimization to assist in data-driven troubleshooting
- Investigate frontend issues within our React-based user interfaces, providing insights and solutions to ensure a seamless user experience
- Work with cloud infrastructure, with a preference for Azure, to support application deployment and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance application reliability and maintain high availability.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in providing technical support for complex software applications.
- Strong background in troubleshooting end-to-end Java applications, with expertise in backend diagnostics
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS, or Azure Service Bus, and the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues
- Proficiency in database query languages and knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with React for troubleshooting frontend application issues
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure, to assist with infrastructure-related troubleshooting
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
