Tremend is looking for a Sales Operations Support Executive to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your analytic approach and problem-solving creativity to figure out how to best support our Growth Team, with timely input and proactive reporting, estimations and team allocation, to be able to serve exceptionally our most complex client’s and opportunities across different industries. Your Impact:
- Engage with different internal functions to aggregate accurate reporting on New Business and existing portfolio, to support sales decisions: forecast reporting, revenue analysis, margins, gap to target, both individually and across industries
- Ensure data accuracy in specific tools, meet deadlines and carefully follow every detail of the process.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure the smooth functioning of processes, from customer management to the generation of personalized reports.
- Identify trends, patterns and opportunities in data, ask questions and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the sales process: you understand in detail the lifecycle of a sales opportunity, and can support the sales team during its materialization, you can do research/profiling, you can outline a market analysis/trend.
- Monitor project timelines and documents to ensure accurate logging of data in internal monitoring systems.
Your Skills & Experience:
- +3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and visualization; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and accurate forecasts
- In-depth understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, supporting the sales team at every stage
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, gaps to target, and generate accurate sales forecasts
- Strong communication skills for working with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and other teams to align on goals and share insights
- Skilled in managing timelines, tracking project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy
- Conduct research and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights to the sales team
- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and streamline sales operations processes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take the initiative in improving workflows and sales operations
- Previous expereince in IT Software Development & Product industry, is considered a plus.
