Tremend is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Conduct analysis of existing processes, systems, and workflows
• Assist in creating process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications
• Support testing activities by helping to define test cases and validating requirements
• Participate in meetings and workshops to ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide ongoing support to senior analysts and project managers.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
