Tremend is looking for an experienced Product Analyst - Investment Banking and Energy Trade to join our growing team and contribute to the successful delivery of digital financial services projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in investment banking and energy and commodities trading (ETRM, CTRM), proficiency in using platforms like Murex, Endur, combined with analytical thinking, solution design capability, and a solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.

Your Impact:

• Set up or modify deal templates and transaction types to reflect new products or business rules
• Define and configure transaction types for physical, financial, options, storage and transport deals
• Configure and support Endur trade capture for commodity products such as futures, forwards, options, physical deliveries and swaps
• Support trade capture and processing (trade are accurately entered, validated, processed, etc.)
• Collaborate with risk teams to implement and update risk configurations (risk limits, pre-trade checks, credit controls and exposure monitoring) within the OpenLink Endur platform for various energy commodities (oil, natural gas, renewables, power)
• Configure and validate pricing models and forward curves      
• Perform daily P&L attribution and portfolio valuations using Endur's analytics engine
• Create custom Endur reports and dashboards for trading desks and risk management teams
• Support front-to-back workflows and trade lifecycle management processes including trade entry, trade confirmation, settlement, logistics and accounting
• Define and configure product definitions and trade types to align with business needs
• Specify pricing models, curve definitions and valuation parameters for accurate mark-to-market and risk analytics
• Set-up pre-trade risk controls, limits, credit checks and risk measures to enforce risk policies
• Support trade capture, position management, and risk analytics
• Implement and maintain Murex pricing models for various energy and commodities products
• Configure Murex risk reports and analytics for regulatory compliance and internal risk monitoring
• Assist with the integration between Murex and other enterprise systems.

 

Your Skills & Experience:

• 3–5+ years experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner in banking, fintech, or payment services
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, energy trading, or risk management with demonstrated knowledge of both OpenLink Endur and Murex MX.3, OpenLink Endur and/or Murex certification or formal training
• Strong understanding of commodity and energy markets/investment trading products, trading lifecycle, order management and risk management concept 
• Experience with transaction processing, risk analytics, and reporting functions in multi system environments 
• Knowledge of commodities and energy products including physical and financial derivatives, options, and structured contract
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments, with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency in writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, basic querying, and data validation
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English.
