Data Entry Operator

Tremend is currently looking for a responsible Data Entry Operator, who has a can do attitude and a great sense of attention to details. Candidate may have no experience in the field. If you fit the description, then keep on reading.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Inserting customer and account data
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting data according to priorities
  • Reviewing data for errors or any other incompatibilities with the requirements
  • Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Collects data from the company departments, maintains different types of relevant databases, drafts reports and presentations for the CEO 
  • Manage the office agenda, the meeting schedules, ensures the observance of meeting schedules, reprograms meetings if necessary 
 
You also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy
  • Structured, diligent, well-organized 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to filter information and assess priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
