Tremend is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience in Moodle or similar LMS/eLearning platforms to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring that Moodle is leveraged efficiently, using both standard functionalities and well-integrated plugins to optimize learning experiences. As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, collaborating with architects and developers to design scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation aligned with business objectives. 

Your Impact:

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements related to Moodle and eLearning solutions
• Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications and workflows for development teams
• Evaluate and recommend the use of Moodle’s core functionalities vs. custom plugins to ensure cost-effective and scalable implementations
• Design optimal course structures, workflows, and system configurations that enhance the learning experience and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and define integration strategies with third-party tools and plugins
• Document and maintain functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams and stakeholders
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate implementations and ensure they meet business requirements.

 

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in LMS/eLearning environments, with strong expertise in Moodle or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience mapping business processes to Moodle workflows and features
• Strong understanding of Moodle plugin selection, configuration, and limitations to drive efficient platform usage
• Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation for development teams
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LTI, and other eLearning standards is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders, developers, and instructional designers.
