Tremend is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our operational capabilities and take ownership of our systems, processes, and project management functions within North America Talent Acquisition. You will assume a leadership role within our Internal Digital Business Transformation Team for Talent Acquisition where you will drive excellence in operations and project management. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on a global scale to ensure we provide an outstanding service with a focus on candidate and client experience. 


Your Impact:

• Drive the strategic direction for Talent Acquisition Operations, defining best practices and driving innovative solutions
• Participate in Sprint planning, scrum team management in collaboration with the wider Global Talent Acquisition Operations Teams
• Oversee end-to-end project management, from initial project planning to go-live. You will be involved in PI (Program Increment) planning events and ensure seamless project delivery including management of dependencies
• Work with our Data Governance team to drive robust audit tracking processes to monitor and enhance the data quality of our operations. Implement quality control measures, conduct audits as necessary, and rigorously test systems to ensure continuous improvement
• Drive process improvements and ensure effective utilization
• Oversee new releases, provide training and support to the Talent Acquisition teams and other stakeholders
• Ensure user-guided training materials and documentation are available
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for enhancements, and implement solutions to support the Talent Acquisition teams and technical ecosystem
• Prioritize and manage backlog items in the appropriate system/tool, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate pilot projects.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior-level role within Talent Acquisition Operations
• Strong proficiency in Jira Management, Scrum practices, and Agile methodologies. Excellent project management skills
• Change management expertise, including the ability to develop effective training materials and strategies
• A data-driven mindset with knowledge of database systems and logic
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Self-driven and committed to continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
