Tremend is looking for a Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for use case development, personalization, and providing strategic consultancy to our clients. The consultant will also play a crucial role in guiding brands on use case adoption strategies.

Your Impact:

• Develop and implement personalized use cases tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to enhance personalization efforts
• Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them leverage Salesforce capabilities to achieve their business objectives
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and new features in Salesforce
• Take accountability for the development, blueprinting, and prioritization of micro-delivery part use cases
• Work with stakeholders to define clear objectives and deliverables for each micro-delivery part use case. 
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of micro-delivery part projects, meeting client expectations
• Advise brands on effective strategies for use case adoption
• Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to maximize the value derived from their Salesforce investments
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions
• Assess and validate micro-delivery part use case requests from brands to ensure alignment with business goals and feasibility
• Conduct thorough evaluations of proposed use cases to determine potential ROI and impact.

 

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of use case development and personalization techniques
• Excellent consultancy skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Proficiency in micro-delivery part use case management, including blueprinting and prioritization
• Ability to develop and implement strategic use case adoption plans. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant)
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products and services.
