Tremend is looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. You should be insightful, inquisitive, and naturally collaborative, with a strong desire to share ideas and opinions.


Your Impact:

• Gather and clarify software business requirements
• Translates business requirements into technical design solutions, ensuring the granularity of an epic/feature/user story level
• Analyses the impact of the new business requirements on the existing systems/implementations and overall IT environment
• Participates in Agile ceremonies, being the main facilitator when clarifications and new requirements are being presented/discussed
• Takes part in the refinement process of the requirements to ensure they are appropriate for the squad to deliver within a sprint (two-week interval)
• Provides support for the team during the development phase to deliver the best technical solution
• Builds and executes the functional testing strategy to fulfill the acceptance criteria
• Together with the QA, builds relevant testing documentation (test plans, test suites,test cases) and agree which test cases should be automated
• Participates and presents in demo sessions
• Troubleshoots errors, identifies solutions, or redirects them further
• Provide 3rd line support for production incidents (when needed).

• Experience in gathering requirements and creating specifications for application development: 4 years minimum; 2 years in a similar role
• Good level of applied knowledge in algorithms, concepts of IT architecture, applied knowledge of database management systems, quality assurance, data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
• A relevant Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in software engineering-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Professional, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and team player attitude. Ability to cope with change
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience in working with MQ integration processes
• Proficient in collaborative tools like Confluence/Azure
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
