What you will have to do:
- Identifying the best candidates to inform them of career opportunities;
- Conducting external searches through strategic sourcing, deep dive searches, cold calling, networking, social media, internet mining techniques, job board utilization;
- CV screening and selection;
- Identifying the best sourcing channels;
- Developing good networking relationships with possible candidates within the community and the company to ensure a strong recruitment pipeline;
- Providing feedback and all the necessary details to candidates, in order to maintain a successful, long-lasting professional relationship ;
- Keeping track of the IT Market changes;
- Following the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process;
- Active key role in the company's development.
You also meet most of the following requirements:
- Full life cycle recruiting experience in an IT company;
- Excellent networking and communication skills;
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ready to help your work buddies when they are in need;
- Previous HR Admin or HRBP experience could be a plus .
