Tremend is looking for an Project Manager with experience in Finance to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions. 

 

Your Impact:

• Regularly update financial files with the latest transactions such as roll-offs and new hires, ensuring reconciliation between the blue sheet and time tracking systems while monitoring discrepancies
• Develop and maintain monthly capacity presentation slides.
• Generate and manage monthly forecasts
• Provide ongoing financial insights to support Business Operations within the program
• Engage in pricing and forecasting for new projects
• Prepare CPQ quotes
• Alert the designated leader if there are deviations from the overall budget
• Participate in the annual program budget planning exercise from July to October.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formula usage
• Experience utilizing Jira & Confluence
• Eager to embrace new tools and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in French at B2 level is nice to have
• A problem-solving mindset
• Proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
